Custom Orders

Contact us now for a quote. Please note that we can NOT use art or text that you do not have the rights to reproduce for commercial use such as designs which are copyrighted, trademarked, or belong to any other person or organization, including sports, company, and band logos. We are not responsible for researching copyright ownership of your designs, but retain the right to refuse any custom design request.

We reserve all rights to custom art that we create for you. All custom art is (c) Amanda Siska (unless reproducing art owned by someone else and used with their permission), and may not be used or reproduced without her express written permission. We have the right to use the art we create on our own stock products to sell to other people, unless specifically prearranged. 


Damages/Claims

Our glassware is packaged very carefully to withstand transit, but sometimes accidents happen. If something arrives broken, please contact us immediately at info@breadandbadger.com so we can replace it.

Theft and breakage very rarely occur. Please contact us immediately if you feel your package has been lost or damaged so we can remedy the situation.


Returns & Exchanges

Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have ordered, return your purchase within 30 days to receive an exchange, credit or refund (except discontinued, custom-made, or personalized items). Please package glass items the same way we sent them to you, as they are very fragile. We are unable to refund any shipping charges.


Shipping

U.S. Orders

You can now pick up your order from our warehouse for free most weekdays! We're located at 12003 NE Ainsworth Cir. #109, Portland, OR 97220. We're usually available Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Our showroom closes at 2:30, so please enter our warehouse through the door next to the garage, to the right of our storefront, and only by appointment (since our assistant sometimes leaves early or keeps the door locked if guests aren't expected).

Most items are shipped within 1 business day of receiving your cleared payment, either standard Priority Mail (2-3 days) or Fedex (4-7 days) for larger orders. Bulk orders follow our wholesale lead time of 1-3 weeks before shipping. Custom art often adds 1-5 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when we’re shipping your order.

U.S. Priority Mail shipping includes insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Fedex includes insurance and tracking as well. This doesn’t require a signature, so packages may be left on doorsteps or unsecured locations, as the delivery person sees fit. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Shipping items to a work address that you will be at during the day is often a good idea.

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

International orders travel First Class or Priority Mail, based on weight and size of the package (larger orders travel Priority, which is faster and more expensive). Delivery dates and tracking info are usually unavailable for international orders, and often take about 8 days to arrive, but can sometimes take 2-3 months.

All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and can be extremely high in some cases. We can not legally ship your package as a gift. Only one individual shipping to another individual may ship as a gift. If you are sending a gift to someone outside the USA, they will be responsible for paying customs/duties/VAT fees upon arrival. Many gift recipients refuse to pick up these packages, and they will be returned, minus the postage. We highly recommend having these gifts shipped to you, personally, so that you can re-ship them as a gift to avoid customs fees for your friend, or please inform them that they will need to pick up and pay for their package upon arrival.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and large orders are usually shipped within 1-3 weeks (or longer during November & December, or if containing back-ordered items, or more than 100 pieces), via Fedex Ground. Payment must be received prior to shipping, unless you have established Net 30 terms with us. Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping offers.
