Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have ordered, return your purchase within 30 days to receive an exchange, credit, or refund (except clearance or custom-made items, which are not returnable). Please package items carefully as they are very fragile and we can't offer credit for broken items. We’re unable to refund any shipping charges.
Damages/Claims:
Our items are packaged very carefully to withstand transit, but sometimes accidents happen. If something arrives broken, please contact us immediately so we can replace it. Theft and breakage very rarely occur. Please contact us immediately if you feel your package has been lost or damaged so we can file an insurance claim or help you track it down.
