Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and  disclosed by Bread and Badger LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use “Services”, visit, or make a purchase from https://breadandbadger.com (the “Site”).

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as by adding a statement to our website or by sending you a notification). We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

The Site collects information on you in two ways:

  1. The information that you manually provide us by filling out our contact form, signing up for our email list, creating an account, or making a purchase in our shop. This information can be tied directly to you because of the information you’ve provided. We may also collect information about you when you post content to our pages/feeds on third - party social media sites.
  2. The information that’s automatically collected via our third-party partners: Mailchimp, ShopSync, Google Analytics, Shopify, Tidio, Shipstation, Pinterest, and Facebook. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

The types of information collected here include things like your location, what pages you visit on our website, which email campaigns you click on or interact with. Generally, our third-party partners only give us this information in the aggregate (e.g. it’s not identifiable to you) but sometimes this information can be directly tied to you when you open or click on an email we’ve sent, or made a purchase.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
