What's better than getting a little surprise for yourself? Our mystery box is an instant pick-me-up, and a great way to fill your shelves with sturdy, artistic drinkware on the cheap.
We have a delightful collection of cosmetic seconds, experimental samples, and retired designs which are looking for new homes where they'll be used for holding beverages instead of hiding on our shelves.
Cosmetic seconds have minor imperfections which won't effect the life of the cup. All glassware and ceramics are microwave- and dishwasher-safe. Travel mugs are double-walled ceramic and come with multiple silicone lids (handwash recommended for lids with unscented soap). The only designs we have on travel mugs are California or Illinois.
To ensure that you'll be happy with your surprise, you may make special requests in the text box in the shopping cart. Maybe you have a favorite color or glassware style? Don't want something you already have? We can't guarantee we'll be able to include what you've indicated, but it could help us put together the best gift for you.

Most items are shipped within 1-2 days. Standard (ground) shipping usually takes 2-10 business days to arrive. Local pick up in Portland, OR available by appointment.
International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
Delivery dates and tracking info are usually unavailable for international orders, and often take about 8-21 days to arrive, but can sometimes take 2-3 months. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have ordered, return your purchase within 30 days to receive an exchange, credit or refund (except discontinued, custom-made, fundraisers, or personalized items). A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items.
Damages/Claims
Our items are packaged very carefully to withstand transit, but sometimes accidents happen. If something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the space cats mug because I was hoping there would be a seconds of that design! :) I left a description of what I liked and Amanda fulfilled it perfectly. The quality is amazing and the imperfection is very minor. I use this mug all the time now. Packaging was great and shipping was super fast. Thanks so much!
