Customize our blank glassware or pottery with your own logo, text, pet portrait, or other design! I never use AI, so your unique art will be treated with the care and respect it deserves.
How it works:
- This listing is not a physical item--it's a set up fee for a single custom graphic.
- Purchase at least one custom item for us to sandblast (now, for fastest turnaround, or when the art is approved).
- One stencil set up fee is good for a single design engraved onto an unlimited number of items now and in the future.
- Price includes 2 rounds of edits plus a digital mock up of your graphic on your chosen item.
- It usually takes 1-2 business days to create a mock up for text or logos, and about a week to create a totally custom graphic, with shipping date being dependent on edits and your final approval.

Final artwork remains our intellectual property, and may be reproduced on our own products unless you request exclusivity. Licenses to reproduce this art yourself may be available for purchase.
Logo or Text
This option is for an existing logo or graphic that you can provide as a high quality file. Vector is preferred (svg, pdf, ai) but I can usually work with any high resolution graphic (png, jpg, gif, psd) without gradients (shading). Feel free to email graphics immediately after purchasing, or contact me to get feedback on your graphic beforehand. Not all logos are suitable for sandblasting.
Text can be difficult to sandblast if it's too small, so the fewer letters there are, and the larger they are, the better. I absolutely cannot use protected words and phrases. You are liable for making sure your text is original and not someone else's intellectual property.
All negative and positive space must be 1mm or larger, or the stencil will not hold up. Average stencil size is about 2.5" x 3" for most items, or maximum 2.5" x 9.5" for wraparounds. Pints and tall glasses can accommodate designs up to about 4-5" tall.

Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard (ground) shipping usually takes 2-10 business days to arrive. Local pick up in Portland, OR is available by appointment.
International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
Delivery dates and tracking info are usually unavailable for international orders, and often take about 8-21 days to arrive, but can sometimes take 2-3 months. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have ordered, return your purchase within 30 days to receive an exchange, credit or refund (except discontinued, custom-made, fundraisers, or personalized items). A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items.
Damages/Claims
Our items are packaged very carefully to withstand transit, but sometimes accidents happen. If something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
