  1. You must contact us in advance to order any custom options beyond standard retired, out-of-stock, or reprints of previously purchased designs. Graphic design work costs $80/hr, with a $30 minimum for one-time stencil set up.
  2. Add your item(s) to the cart, then tell us which design you'd like engraved in the pink box for "Special Instructions".
  3. For monograms, tell us the style number and letters you'd like.
  4. Please note: no mock up will be provided for custom lettering, so please double check your selection and spelling!
  5. Bulk discounts are available for larger orders. Contact us for a quote. Lead-times usually range from 2 weeks to 6 months.

My permanent sandblasting technique keeps my original graphics crisp forever, even after years of running through a dishwasher! They're deeply engraved, which means they can't wear off or fade like a printed or laser-etched graphic.

Most items are shipped within 1-2 days. Standard (ground) shipping usually takes 2-10 business days to arrive. Local pick up in Portland, OR available by appointment.

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

Delivery dates and tracking info are usually unavailable for international orders, and often take about 8-21 days to arrive, but can sometimes take 2-3 months. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unbeatable quality!

You have to hold one of these artistic creations in your hands to understand the quality that goes into the deep set three dimensional engraving, which is beautiful to feel and behold. We had some of these for about ten years and they held up all that time, including being dropped a few times, until I finally broke our beloved Sloth. B and B pulled out the old design and remade it for us. So worth the price for a stunning personalized totem that helps you avoid germ swapping!
