  1. You must contact us in advance to order any custom options beyond standard retired, out-of-stock, or reprints of previously purchased designs. Graphic design work costs $80/hr, with a $40 minimum for one-time stencil set up.
  2. Add your item(s) to the cart, then tell us which design you'd like engraved in the pink box for "Special Instructions".
  3. Bulk discounts are available for larger orders. Contact us for a quote. Lead-times usually range from 2 weeks to 6 months.

My permanent sandblasting technique keeps my original graphics crisp forever, even after years of running through a dishwasher! They're deeply engraved, which means they can't wear off or fade like a printed or laser-etched graphic.

Most items are shipped within 1-2 days. Standard (ground) shipping usually takes 2-10 business days to arrive. Local pick up in Portland, OR available by appointment.

International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

Delivery dates and tracking info are usually unavailable for international orders, and often take about 8-21 days to arrive, but can sometimes take 2-3 months. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have ordered, return your purchase within 30 days to receive an exchange, credit or refund (except discontinued, custom-made, fundraisers, or personalized items). A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items.

Damages/Claims

Our items are packaged very carefully to withstand transit, but sometimes accidents happen. If something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.

Bread and Badger to the rescue!

I had broken my teen son's favorite glass, the low-ball AstroCat. Argh! I'd bought it several years ago, the store from where I'd bought it had closed, and when my son looked at B&B's website he saw that the design was discontinued. Ugh. I asked around in my community if anyone had this glass from the closed store (someone even asked the former shop owner for me!); while ideas and sympathy came in reply I thought to go to the source. Messaging Bread and Badger I asked if she had this specific glass squirreled away in a box. No, replied Amanda, but she could reproduce it for me. What?! She sent me a link for ordering a retired design. I was thrilled, relieved and excited. Ordering was a piece of cake, communication with Amanda was sweet and pleasant, and the glass arrived in a timely manner, exceptionally well packaged.
