Custom Orders

We're taking custom orders again! With the help of our artist friend, Lea, we can create your dream design from art that you provide or from a description of your vision. Extra fees apply to all custom orders, based on the scope of your project. Contact us now for a quote. Please note that we can NOT use art that is copyrighted or belongs to any other person or organization, including sports logos. We are not responsible for researching copyright ownership of your designs.


Our glassware is packaged very carefully to withstand transit, but sometimes accidents happen. If something arrives broken, please contact us immediately so we can replace it.

Theft and breakage very rarely occur. Please contact us immediately if you feel your package has been lost or damaged.

Returns & Exchanges

Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have ordered, return your purchase within 15 days of purchase to receive an exchange, credit or refund (except custom-made or personalized items, which are not returnable). Please package glass items carefully as they are very fragile! We’re unable to refund shipping charges.


U.S. Orders

Most items are shipped within 1-3 days of receiving your cleared payment, either Priority Mail (2-3 days), or through Fedex (4-7 days), based on weight, size of the package, and the destination it’s traveling to. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when we’re shipping your order.

U.S. Priority Mail shipping includes insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Fedex includes insurance and tracking as well. This doesn’t require a signature, so packages may be left on doorsteps or insecure locations, as the delivery person sees fit. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Shipping items to a work address is often a good idea.

International Orders

International orders (shipping outside the U.S.) travel First Class or Priority Mail, based on weight and size of the package (larger orders travel Priority, which is faster and more expensive). Delivery dates and tracking info are unavailable for most international orders, and usually take about 8 days to arrive, but can sometimes take 2-3 months.

All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and can be extremely high in certain cases. We cannot legally ship your package as a gift, so expect to deal with these fees yourself.  We cannot refund shipping charges for UNCLAIMED packages.

Advertising and 3rd Party Data Collection

We reserve the right to use 3rd party data collection (conversion tracking codes) to track traffic and sales on our own website. This may include using cookies, collecting, storing, and sharing data with Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant websites which we advertise with.

If you wish to make a purchase without checking out through our online cart, simple email us with your order, shipping/billing address(s), and we will bill you directly instead.
