The darker colors won't stain as easily as white, and it's nice to have spares. All lids are BPA-free. We recommend hand-washing lids to retain durability.

Absolutely Food-Safe!
All of our drinking glasses are lead-free and made in the USA unless otherwise noted.
Ceramic glazes you can feel good about: our mugs meet California's strict Prop 65 limits for leaching of lead & cadmium (0.99 ppm lead and 7.92 ppm cadmium). In fact, our mug glazes are non-detect at testing detection limits well below (< 0.01 ppm for both). Contact us for glaze reports if you're interested.
Our ceramic handled mugs, travel mugs, and stainless steel tumblers are made in China, but "assembled in USA" because we sandblast all our artwork in-house (literally!) in Portland, OR. Travel lids are made from BPA-Free silicone and only fit our brand of cups as far as we know.
Using our original handmade stencils, the glaze of this mug is sandblasted away to create a deep 3-D graphic that will never wear away.
Our dishware is small-batch sandblasted in our studio in Portland, OR. We're very good at masking by hand, but there will be a small amount of inconsistency between handmade items, which makes them special.

All of our glassware and mugs feature distinctive original artwork by Portland artist Amanda Siska, engraved into the surface so that they last, sandblasted one-by-one in our home, by us. Everything is dishwasher-safe, ceramics are microwave-safe, and they're packed nicely for a quick and secure turnaround. It's the perfect gift!
