Orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually the next day after ordering. Some items are made-to-order, so there may be a few days delay in shipping.
Everything is etched completely by hand without creams or sandblasting. The designs are drawn onto the glass, and then carved out freehanded with a high-speed rotary tool and diamond burrs. You may even be able to see the "strokes" that give each piece its personality and character.
