what the heck is

Sand-Carving

First, I print my original artwork onto transparency film to make my own stencils from a special washout resist.

Then, I mask each item carefully so only the design will be engraved.

I have a professional sandblasting cabinet, where I safely carve away the surface of each glass or ceramic item using silicon carbide abrasive at about 30-40 psi.

Now my design is permanent! Your new barware or pottery is now dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and ready to be used every day.
